Hello!

Welcome to elsewhere.photography! I'm Sara ... and these are my photo's. Nothing too fancy-schmancy, just something I like to do, and like to share... a collection of things I have done both past and present. I am by no means a professional, and I rarely do things by the book. Most of my work is trial and error, and that's the best part for me.

Thanks to my best friend, I took my first photography class in 1999 learning my way around using a Canon AE-1. After that I upgraded to a Nikon N60, but quickly switched back to a Canon T2, then a Canon 350D and my trusty little Canon PowerShot 750S (yes, a point and shoot!) Today I’m lucky enough to shoot with a brand new 60D! I typically use Adobe Lightroom or CS3 for my photo editing.

So now that you're here, come in and take a look around. Kick off your shoes, make yourself at home.... and enjoy!
